The only minor issue encountered was some intermittent issues with the hot water in the shower.

Newly built hotel in an old house. The equipment is very tasteful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We arrived on Good Friday and were informed by telephone that due to processions parts of the city were closed and where we could park best. The hotel has a very good restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The antipasti platter is highly recommended.

The AC didn't work during our stay and the staff seemed deceptive about the issue. They claimed it was just hot in the area, but other places we stayed had working air conditioners.
